Terms and Conditions

A - From herin:

  1. VGArk refers to the website "VGArk.com", and the staff (moderators, and admins) who administer, run and update it.
  2. The "user" or "you" refers to the person who is registering the website, or to anyone who views this site.
  3. "Works", "content", "material" includes (but is not limited to), any text, code, images, works,etcetera that appears on the website VGArk.com.

B - To all users:

  1. You may not redistribute/publish/copy any works that appear on this website without explicit permission from both VGArk and the original content owner.
  2. If you feel your copyright has been infringed please contact VGArk immediately, and the offending material will be removed.
  3. You may not abuse/attack/hack this website. If you do so, the world will be mad at you.
  4. These rules may change at any time. If you do not agree to them, then you may not use this website.

C - By registering you agree to the following:

  1. You are not allowed to distribute "members only" material/content.
  2. VGArk withholds the right to alter this rules page. By registering you agree to periodically check these terms and conditions, and if there is an alteration to which you do not agree with, then please delete your account. (Or request your account to be deleted by an admin).
  3. You may not post illegal/insulting/inappropriate material on the forums.
  4. You may not 'sass' the moderators, or admins.
  5. In all cases, VGArk's decision is final.
  6. Breaking any rule is reason enough to be banned. Bannings and suspensions are totally under the discression of VGArk staff.
  7. VGArk appreciates freedom of speech. However we reserve the right to delete/edit anything that is posted by you on the forums. We may also "lock" your posts/topics from being edited or deleted by you, and may also lock various options in/or your account; should this measure be deemed necessary.
  8. You may not give out your VGArk username and password.

D - Your Account

  1. The integrity of your account is entirely your responsibility.
  2. VGArk will not distribute your email with any 3rd party companies.
  3. VGArk will not send you 'spam'.
  4. VGArk staff will not ask you for any account details.

E - Regarding the forums:

  1. In the case of illegal/indecent/offensive content being posted. The "user" responsible for posting the content is fully accountable.
  2. You may not post personal details of anyone.
  3. Your posting rights may be revoked should you cause problems in the forums.
  4. VGArk cannot be held responsible for any content on the forums.
